We focus on backward integration and cost-efficient manufacturing techniques to provide high-quality material handling solutions at competitive prices. Unlike other low-cost manufacturers in the industry, we never compromise on quality.
Our cost efficiency is driven by
- Backward and Horizontal Integration: Owning a textile weaving and dipping plant and a subsidiary PVC belt unit for production of PVG conveyor belts.
- Favorable Financing: Access to low-interest-rate facilities due to strong relationships with banks and minimal debt usage.
- Economies of Scale: Leveraging our 50 years of experience, substantial production capacity, R&D capabilities, and a streamlined supply chain.
- Strong Partnerships: Maintaining an excellent reputation with suppliers and transport partners.
- Large part of electricity requirement fulfilled by solar power reducing electricity cost. Target of ~75% demand being fulfilled by cost efficient and clean solar energy by end of CY 2025
